In Fremont, there is a bookstore that is called Ophelia's Books. I learned that the store is named after a deceased feline but, never fear, there are two cats still prowling the premises. I've been there a few times but not with my camera. The last time I was there, the black cat cried for my attention the entire time I was in there. This past visit, it was the other cat's turn. It cried for attention and then ended up on it's perch over the pet books near the sci-fi, fantasy and horror section I was perusing. As I stepped back for a shot, I noticed the wings. Since it's a Fremont cat, I wouldn't be at all surprised to find it gliding through the skies at night in search of a tasty rodent. Perhaps it stops by to chat with the Troll on occasion. That Fremont is a magical place.
