On a recent walk in the neighborhood, Sarah and I came across a yard strung with prayer flags. I've seen them alot in research done for a script I helped write about Mt. Everest but I never really knew what they meant. It seems they are used to bless the countryside. My guess is that these folks want to bless their home and property.
I found it particularly interesting to take pics through the fabric. I love the image of the tree. I was accosted by a teen salesman so I didn't get to spend much time concentrating on my pics. I will make a point of going back soon.
