Thar She Blows!

Here are a couple of shots of the humpback whales we saw on our recent Alaskan cruise. I never got any good tail (fluke) or breach shots because they seemed to do those more while we were on the ship and the distance plus unpredictability didn't make for good photography. At one point I just stopped trying to take pictures and just watched. They are remarkable beasts.
